DRAM Cross Reference Search

PC100-compatible output drivers in consumer equipment and automotive systems were designed for multiple DRAMs connected in parallel. This requires a damping resistor and waveform adjustment. LAPIS Semiconductor offers 3 models that enable 3-stage output drivability adjustment based on an extended mode register. Waveform quality can be optimized by controlling output drivability, eliminating the need for a damping resistor and EMI countermeasures, reducing both component count and costs.

Automotive-grade products that guarantee stable operation at temperatures -40°C to +85°C have been added to the lineup.

A Cu frame is utilized for high connection reliability.
