The expanded lineup includes low-cost types as well as high reliability models with EMS resistance.

We offer a wide range of line-up from simple driver supported such as segment display , character display , dot matrix display to controller driver with built-in RAM.

Our controller drivers for characters integrate a character generator ROM that can display characters utilizing 5×8 dots, making it possible to develop custom font codes based on user needs.

Electromagnetic noise introduced in LCDs normally results in darker images.

Conventional countermeasures consist of externally mounted boards, increasing overall board size.

In response to this, LAPIS Semiconductor integrates an EMS resistant circuit on the chip itself, reducing the number of parts required, simplifying design while contributing to set miniaturization.


An irradiation demonstration of electromagnetic noise is being introduced by a movie.
