Overview


ML7275

It is wireless communication LSI compliant to 2.4GHz band IEEE802.15.4/ZigBee® RF4CE and is the most suitable for RF remote control and for network intermittently transmitting small capacity controlling or measuring data.

LAPIS Semiconductor has the line-up of low power consumption LSI and simple use modules.

Easy-to-use module products that obtain the certification of Radio Act in Japan are also available.
