On-chip Debug Emulator EASE1000 / µEASE / nanoEASE



These compact, cost-saving emulators support onboard debugging and writing to Flash memory by utilizing on-chip debugging functions when connected to the actual device.
- The EASE1000 is a standard on-chip emulator for for U16 microcontroller "ML62Q1000 series"
- The uEASE is a standard on-chip emulator for all LAPIS's 8-bit / 16-bit flash microcontrollers.
- The nanoEASE is a low cost version of the uEASE for the LAPIS's 8-bit / 16-bit flash microcontrollers supporting a single power supply
(voltage developed internally) flash memory.

Built-in microcontroller reference board

This reference board mounts microcontroller and the minimum peripheral.
You can confirm the behavior of microcontroller.
Moreover you can use this reference board for your program development by flash ROM writing function.

This software suite consists of project management tools, build tools, debug tools ,
flash programming tools and etc.. and provides effective support for program development.

Speech synthesis utility tool Speech LSI Utility
This tool enables users to convert a WAV format file to LAPIS Semiconductor’s original
ADPCM2 format and to edit phrases.
In addition, users can easily manipulate voice data such
as sound clipping/connection and fade-in/fade-out.

This kit is intended as development tools for all U8/U16 microcontrollers and supports from software development to mass production.

nanoEASE Design Kit

This kit is intended as initial evaluation tools for U8/U16 microcontrollers.
- The on-chip debug emulator nanoEASE is the compact and is cost-saving.
- 3V operation only.
- U8/U16 Development Tools are software tools and contain project management tools, build tools, debug tools,flash programming tools and etc.
