The ML630Q790 is a high performance CMOS 32-bit microcontroller equipped with ARM® Cortex™-M0.
This microcontroller supports program Flash memory (128KB), RAM (16KB), I2C(master × 1ch ) for controlling various sensors, 512 byte communication register, I2C/SPI (slave × 1ch) for host interface, UART (1ch), the arithmetic unit that supports root arithmetic operation and multiplication & division operation, and very space saving WL-CSP (Wafer Level - Chip Size Package) packaging technology .
The ML630Q790 is an ideal sensor hub microcontroller for smartphones and smart devices.

The ML610Q794G is a high performance CMOS 8-bit microcontrollers equipped with LAPIS Semiconductor's original RISC 8bit CPU "U8 Core".
This microcontroller supports program Flash memory (64KB), RAM (4KB), I2C (master × 1ch) and SPI (master × 1ch) for controlling various sensors, logging RAM 8KB, I2C/SPI (slave x 1ch) for host interface, UART (1ch), SSIO(1ch),successive approximate 12-bit A/D converter (2ch), the arithmetic unit that supports root arithmetic operation and multiplication & division operation and 32.768kHz oscillation circuit.
The ML610Q794G in 48pin TQFP package is an ideal sensor hub for sensor hub micrcontroller for personal healthcare equipments, industrial sensor nodes and etc, .


Overview


LAPIS Semiconductor's sensor hub microcontrollers are highly optimized for smartphone, smart devices and any other equipment associating with various sensors.
These sensor hub microcontrollers support both the host interface for communicating with a main processor or an application processor and the sensor interface for controlling various sensors.
In addition, the arithmatic unit for root arithmetic operation and multiplication   division operation support very effective calculation and help for saving power power.

LAPIS Semiconductor have the ML630790 family equipped with ARM® Cortex™-M0 and the ML610790 family equipped with LAPIS Semiconductor's original "U8 Core".
Customer can choose on e of LAPIS 's appropriate sensor hub microcontroller depending on required performance from target application.
