New Products Release
The ML620Q15x are high performance CMOS 16-bit microcontrollers equipped with LAPIS Semiconductor's original 16bit RISC CPU "U16 Core", and support program flash memory (ML620Q151/154/157 : 32KB, ML620Q152/155/158 : 48KB, ML620Q153/156/159 : 64KB), data flash memory (2KB), RAM (2KB), rich peripherals of 8bit timer(8ch), 4ch complementary type 16bit PWM (4ch), successive approximation 10bit A/D converter(12ch), analog comparator, I2C(Master), UART(Full-Duplex) and SSIO.
These microcontrollers are suitable for a wide range of application, home appliances such as IH cookers and inductrial equipments under sever noise environment.
The ML620100/ML610100 series achieves both low power consumption and high noise resistance, ideal for inductrial equipments and home appliances.
The ML620100 series are high performance CMOS 16-bit microcontrollers equipped with LAPIS Semiconductor's original 16-bit RISC CPU "U16 Core".
ML610100 series are equipped with an LAPIS Semiconductor's original 8-bit RISC CPU "U8 Core", achives high processing abilities and low power consumption. The ML620100/ML610100 series having excellent noise resistnace and some products works at high temperature(105°C), available for wide range of application. The all products have flash memory and supports the on-board programming. Also they have internal oscillators and data FLASH(Note), reducing the number of external components for making smaller munting area and lower cost.
The ML610Q172/173/174/178 have a LCD driver pluse PWM with IH control, suitable for IH cooker, microwave oven and rice cooker.

These microcontrollers support an LCD driver and PWMs with motor controls and IH controls suitable for use in wide range of application such as home appliances and industrial equipment under sever noise environment.
