ML610479 are high performance CMOS 8-bit microcontrollers built-in with LAPIS Semiconductor's original 8-bit CPU "U8 Core" in which the efficient instruction execution of 1 instruction per clock is possible.
ML610471/ML610472/ML610473 contain program memory, RAM, and LCD driver, 16bit RC oscillation type A/D converter, timer, general port, etc. as peripherals.
ML610477/ML610478/ML610479 contain program memory, RAM, and LCD driver, comparator, 16bit RC oscillation type A/D converter, timer, general port, etc. as peripherals.
They are ideal for battery-driven applications by adopting dual clock system of low speed clock / high speed clock, standby mode, and current leakage controlling process.
Flash version (ML610Q471(P)/Q472(P)/Q473(P)/Q477(P)/Q478(P)/Q479(P)) which can rewrite the program with on-board are provided and support short product development TAT. The flash memory built-in to this Flash version achieved low voltage operation (1.25V or above) and low power consumption (Halt mode Typ. 0.8µA) and realizes the mass production by Flash version.
ML610(Q)471P/472P/473P/477P/478P/479P support surrounding operating temperature of -40 to +85°C.
