Description

ML610Q438(P)/ML610Q439(P) is a high performance CMOS 8-bit microcontroller built-in with LAPIS Semiconductor's original RISC 8bit CPU "U8 Core". Program Flash memory (128KB), RAM (7KB), LCD driver (1344 or 1024 dots), A/D converter (24bit RC type, 12bit SA type), SPI/UART/I2C & PLL (for high speed clock) are integrated. It can operate @1.1V & consumes as low as 0.15µA (STOP mode). Mass customization & short TAT are entertained by offering blank MTP, or custom-program burn-in at LAPIS Semiconductor site. LCD output type can change as SEG signal or DC output by mask option.
