ML610(Q)40x/ML610(Q)40xP are 8-bit low power microcontrollers that operate in both high/low-speed mode and power-saving mode, they are most suitable for battery operated products. Program memory, RAM, LCD driver, 16bit RC type A/D converter, Capture, and Timers are integrated. It can operate @1.25V & consumes as low as 0.9µA (HALT mode). The short TAT are entertained by offering Flash version ML610Q407(P)/8(P)/9(P). ML61040xP / ML610Q40xP support industrial temperature -40°C to +85°C, are added to the product lineup.
