Built-in LCD driver Mini Low Power Microcontroller
ML610Q178

5V operation for home electronics, variegated control functions

Description

ML610Q178 devices are high performance FLASH ROM 8-bit microcontrollers built around LAPIS Semiconductor's well proven 8bit RISC " U8 " CPU Core. The peripherals include a 16 channel 10bit successive approximation type A/D converter, counters and timers, 2 channels of 16bit PWM output which is ideal for IGBT, motor, heating element, or dimming LED control, synchronous serial port, UART, I2C bus interface (master), supply voltage detection circuit, and an LCD driver capable of driving a 160 dot display.
The RISC design of the CPU " U8 Core " enables efficient command execution of one instruction per clock with parallel processing of future commands by a three layer pipeline.
Built-in on-chip debug function enables on-board software debugging and rewriting.
