Description
LAPIS Semiconductor's Audio LSI series for portable devices integrates audio analog circuits that are increasingly difficult to mount on smaller, faster CPUs and DSPs on a single chip. A broad range of acoustic technologies are also included for optimum sound quality.
Features
- The sound technology optimized for the customer's systme is integrated, and the etry and exit of the sound is integrated into the world's smallest package.
Embedded mixed signal audio with application specific sound technology into small package (2mm□, WCSP). Contribute low power, small PCB area and reduction of external components. - Sound LSI such as high performance of PSRR (over 90dB that is better than 50dB from original) and LoudSound technology is suitable for DSC, PND and other portable devices.

• High Performance Audio CODEC series
This series integrates an audio CODEC, ADC, DAC, and various sound processing functions into an ultracompact wafer-level chip size package (WCSP). The result is optimized sound with the ability to freely adjust the audio to suit listener preference. The compact form factor is ideal for use in high-density applications and portable devices such as digital cameras. Options include integrated stereo/monaural/video amps.

• Audio MP3 Decoder series
Hardware-based MP3 decoding is utilized for significantly lower power consumption than conventional software decoders. ML2011 also includes a stereo DAC and speaker amp, allowing MP3 playback in existing systems.
