Description

可以从存储器容量8Mbit到512Mbit品种中进行选择,所有品种皆注重基本功能。
与NOR Flash兼容并用的×8bit/×16bit总线切换为中心,同时备有LAPIS Semiconductor的原始引脚配置、Mask ROM兼容引脚配置的并联标准产品。
数据的信赖性强,无需采用NAND-Flash进行纠错(ECC)。特此提供芯片、SOP、TSOP、TFBGA封装。
