Description

ML610471/ML610472/ML610473可以进行1命令1时钟的有效命令执行,是搭载了LAPIS Semiconductor原始8bit CPU,即"U8 Core"的高功能CMOS式8bit微控制器。内藏了程序存储器、RAM、及作为周边功能的LCD驱动器、16bit RC振荡型A/D变频、计时、泛用端口等。同时,因为采用了高/低速双重时钟系统、备用方式及抑制高温时电流泄漏的处理工序,故最适于电池驱动的应用程序。
由于备有开机状态下仍然可以改写程序的Flash内存版(ML610Q471(P)/Q472(P)/Q473(P)),故可以缩短产品开发TAT。所搭载的Flash存储器实现了与MaskROM具有同样效果的低电压动作(1.25V~)、低耗电(中止方式时Typ.0.8µA),故而出自Flash内存版的批量生产得以可能。而且,ML610471P/472P/473P和ML610Q471P/Q472P/Q473P可以对应动作周围温度至-40℃~+85℃。
